Akuma to Love Song - 28

So ta-dah here's chapter 28. The pera pera thing is sfx for speaking fluently in English. Leave it to the Japanese to even have sfx for something like this. Not much else to add, enjoy the start of mute girl arc.

    Empty bubble on page 5 last panel. First bubble on page 9 has a repeated phrase, "...the type to the type to..."
