Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai (Novel) - Vol. 8 Ch. 11

Here we are, the final chapter of Haganai volume 8, but never fear, because there's always CONNECT to look forward to until volume 9 comes out.       There is no release date yet, which means the earliest we'll see it is the end of June.

    Yay, I can finally watch the last episode of NEXT!

    I only know of what has been translated into English (and it's not usually my favorite genre anyway), so I'm wondering: has any other harem comedy ever gone in this direction? A protagonist fully aware of the ridiculous situation he has gotten himself into, setting out to resolve it? I hope the delay of 9 isn't because the author or his editor are having problems with it.

    On another note, what's with the references to Fate/stay night and Toaru Kagaku no Railgun!? Yomi-sensei sure is unsubtle.
