Here it is! I'd like to take this time to point out that the club name is the Neighbors Club not the Neighbor's Club. The club doesn't belong to your neighbor and it's not a club for neighbors like a "Men's Club" is for men. It is (very loosely) based on the idea of treating your neighbors well.
