Plana-chan - 9

Halloween chapter done, and only a month late! Well, technically only a week and a half late since I'm always 2-4 weeks behind Japan anyway. Next on the list in Yandere Kanojo since I got that in the mail today, along with scanning in Prunus Girl for WOW!Scans.
