Rulia-Nya! - 11

Seeing as how it's Wednesday, I'd say it's a perfect time to release some more Rulia (just go with it). I'll probably work on Yandere Kanojo next, and after that who knows. Rika 10 should be out soon as well, so check out Vortex's site tomorrow or the day after for it if you've been waiting. Anyway, links below:
