Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai (Novel) - CONNECT Ch. 3

Update 1/2/14: Fixed a little typo. 14 years, not 40.

And here we have another chapter of Haganai, a chapter of beginnings fitting for the start of a new year that's also about 10 times as long as the previous one. Can't say much without spoiling what's going on above, so you'll just have to read to find out, which you can do with the handy links below:

Happy New Year to most of the world now! Enjoy the first day of 2014 with some Maria for the time being, with another story of beginnings to come later in the day. Been a while since the last Haganai release, so I'll keep this short and just get to the links below:

Phew, I'd planned on having this done yesterday but then I realized the chapter was ~13 pages longer than I thought it was. Also, that's on top of essentially re-TL'ing the first half or so because it came out kinda meh the first time around on account of me having not TL'd the series in a while.

Anyway, CONNECT covers a bunch of back stories for the cast of Haganai, all of which is canon, pretty important and of course interesting, hence why I'm doing it before vol 9. This first chapter covers a backstory for Yozora, which may or may not make you like her more. You can decide for yourself by clicking on the links below:

Here we are, the final chapter of Haganai volume 8, but never fear, because there's always CONNECT to look forward to until volume 9 comes out. I was gonna use one of the chapter illustrations, but I decided against it since some people might not have watched the anime or something. In any case, feel free to feast upon the links below:

Ahhh, so much work, but just in time to get this out. Feel free to direct any possible anger over the delay at this little big-ass guy here. Anyway, this is the introduction chapter for the Student Council President, Hinata Hidaka, with everything in-tact (I actually don't remember exactly how much the anime cut). You can check it out with the usual links below:

Here you are ladies and gentlemen, a Haganai release to go along with the episode that aired today. It even has some Aoi in it, too. Not much else to say about the chapter, but just as an FYI it'll be finals week(s) and such for me and a bunch of people who help me out in the coming weeks, so releases may continue to be delayed for the time being. I am going to try to get Idol Pretender out sometime next week though. In any case, links below:

Kobato isn't cute you say? Objection! That has nothing to do with this chapter of course, but I wanted to get the "Objection!" bit in here somewhere. Not sure exactly what'll be next, probably Methed or SY, although there's also a possibility of YK as well; just depends what I have time for. In any case though, links below:

Here be your Haganai as scheduled, arrrr. Pretty fitting chapter given the episode that aired today too, because this chapter's got the whole club playing a game together just like they did with the king game. In any case, I'm still on track for the schedule I mentioned earlier, so let's get right to the links below:

Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai (Novel) - Vol. 8 Ch. 5

Here's the next chapter of Haganai, a fairly short one focusing mainly on Yozora and her severe social ineptitude.Hopefully you're all enjoying Haganai NEXT with the improved art and way higher budget overall; it looks like it won't be as stilted as S1 was.

Also the reason this is a bit late is because I got my hands on the English translation for WEE episode 1, and was busy writing a program to move all the text into the script files and word wrap it. I don't plan on releasing it until Fancy Frontier at the earliest, but you can rest easy knowing it won't be lost in limbo for all eternity.

In any case, you can grab the chapter with the links below:

Here it is, the chapter you've alllll been waiting for (no not really), Haganai volume eight chapter fourrrrr~ Gonna try to focus a bit more on Haganai since the anime is starting soon and all that jazz, so possibly maybe no promises but there is an increased chance of seeing more Haganai soon in the future. Oh also I'll be doing Connect when I find scans for it (typing while holding open a tiny book is too :suffering:) because honestly a big chunk of it is really important to the story. In any case, without further ado, the links below:

A Haganai release of massive proportions! This chapter is the second longest in the entire series I think, and also features Rika (see above), so hopefully you all enjoy it~ Kinda in a hurry as I'm posting this, so let's get right to the links below:

So here's Haganai vol 8 chapter 2. Was gonna release this yesterday, but I had my wisdom teeth pulled out earlier that day, and ended up passing out really early. Incidentally, I have just enough swelling in my bottom cheeks to make my face look like a rectangle. Related to Haganai though, I've included the full cover in this chapter; the one from before was actually the inside flap and was a bit enlarged. In any case, enjoy your Sena kinda sorta beating Yozora with the links below:

Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai (Novel) - Vol. 8 Ch. 1

So here's the start of volume 8, which delves into Kodaka's thought process regarding last chapter's events. The chapter is pretty short, but it should still be enjoyable given the content. Also I promise YK will be next to those who are waiting. I've actually got a YK chapter done, but I wanted to do Haganai first because it's been a while since the last release. In other news, I've got some good/bad (depending on you look at it) news about WEE that I'll make a post for later (you may have already seen it if you frequent /jp/). Anyway, links below:

Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai (Novel) - Vol. 7 Ch. 16

And you thought you'd never see more Haganai again~ I'd actually been holding back until I knew i'd be able to release more frequently since this chapter kinda ends on a cliffhanger (obviously since it's the last chapter in the volume) so as to minimize your suffering(?). Anyway, enjoy Yozora's hate of King Lear with the links below:

Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai (Novel) - Vol. 7 Ch. 15

Soo yeahhh, Saturday release, huh. Several things happened, one being that I was stuck at work until nearly 1 am, and the other, more important thing, being that my laptop decided it wasn't going to ask me if I wanted to postpone my Windows updates and just did it anyway, causing me to lose about 16KB worth of Haganai TL work, which I then had to re-do (After a nice long break to stop myself from wanting to punch a hole through my monitor first, that is). Anyway, this chapter features everyone's favorite psuedo-lolis and makes a pretty big reveal regarding one of them, which you can read all about by following the links below:

Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai (Novel) - Vol. 7 Ch. 14

Here's your Sunday release, brought to you by Rika's heart-attack inducing smile! As for what she's smiling about, well, you'll have to read to find out~ In other HNNNG-related news, an intrepid Anon sent me some scans for Mado no Mukougawa, so the plan is to have that out on Wednesday assuming Naselare can get all the cleaning and typesetting done by then. For though, you can enjoy a Rika chapter by following the links below:

If only this was the punishment she got... we can dream, can't we? Anyway, here's another chapter of Haganai featuring the fall of Yozora Mikadzuki, as well as some more foreshadowing(?) hinting that Rika will become a dominatrix after graduating. Can't think of much else to write, so links below:

Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai (Novel) - Vol. 7 Ch. 12

Here's the next chapter of Haganai, laying the groundwork for future awesome and presenting some at the same time. Also school starts for me again soon, which means more time commuting -> more time on a train with my laptop -> more time to straight TL Haganai and WEE.

Also while I'm on the subject of WEE: I'll probably upload episode 2 eventually, but I'll wait a couple months to do so, so as to reduce the impact on its sales (I assume the production costs were a bit higher than your typical doujin game, given the author and high quality art).  Anyway, enough about that, time for the links below:

Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai (Novel) - Vol. 7 Ch. 10-11

Here's some more Haganai~ Made a double release because chapter 10 was just way too short to get released on its own. These chapters feature a half-resolution to the previous chapter, and some Pegasus being Pegasus. Anyway, links below:

Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai (Novel) - Vol. 7 Ch. 9

A Sena x Yozora chapter calls for a Sena & Yozora image for this release post~ This chapter isn't too long, but it's an important one, so that should make up for it... probably(?). In other news, new Methed and Sengoku chapters have almost made their way down the pipeline, and coming right behind them is more Yandere Kanojo, which I am soon to be 4 chapters (2 online, 2 magazine) behind on!

There's also a new series that I'll be translating for GrimT (cleaner who did a bunch of Carat!, YK backlog, Mitsudomoe, etc.) so there's that to look forward to as well. Anyway, that's enough of that for now, so let's get to the links below:
