Here it is ladies and gentlemen, the final chapter (+omake) of Methed. It's been about five and a half years since I first started working on this series, and now it's finally time to say goodbye. Big thanks to otakami and Complex Scans who first introduced the series to me, to Relm, Nase, and Ustnap for helping with the series all these years after them, and of course to Kumiko Takeba for creating the series in the first place. Not quite a New Year's release because almost everyone was busy, but hopefully it'll still be an enjoyable way to start the new year. If Kumiko ever starts up another series it'll definitely be on my radar, but for now you can grab the final chapter of Methed with the links below:

Thanks for translating this series. This has been one of my all-time favorite comics in part because I was also once a high school physics teacher who took the job with no training or experience after leaving college. It wasn't an all-girls school and there wasn't nearly the same amount of romantic intrigue (though, the students were very insistent on shipping me with the math teacher, much to my amusement and her annoyance), but a lot of this story brought back memories: being completely in over your head with creating lessons, the lack of sleep, not knowing how to deal with disobedient students, finding a student who's enthusiastic about your subject and wanting to encourage/curse her down that path.
