The basic joke was that "Tama niwa (たまには)" would usually be read "once in a while", but can also be the start of a sentence with "balls" as the subject of some verb. Anyway, links below:

So here's chapter 11! I was gonna release this yesterday, but I figured it'd be more fun to wait until the anime started. First episode looked nice and I thoroughly enjoyed both the OP and ED too. As for subs, Mazui is who I give my stamp of approval too (does that count for anything?) except for the "Riajuu" -> "popular" thing. It's internet slang and should be treated as such.
